How
do I feel ...
I feel so
lucky to join the Aikido society because this school is the first
school to have our own Aikido society and our own website. We
had organised many activities. We also had demonstrated our Aikido
techniques at many places. We had experienced doing demonstration
at Berjaya Times Square and also at the Royal Adelphi Hotel.
We are proud
to represent our Aikido society to show to people that self-defence
is imortant and it has no age limit. Everyone can join in and
when they had experienced the fun and the joy of learning Aikido,
they would realize it's a great and enjoyful society. We also
get the opportunity to visit and learn at the "Hombu"
centre in Seremban. It's the oldest Aikido centre in Malaysia.
We also sat for our orange and red belt grading. I feel so hapy
and exited to be a part of this Aikido society.

SMKA Maahad
Hamidiah Kajang is the first school that has the Aikido Yoshinkan
Shudokan Society. Our Aikido society had organised many interesting
activities. We as it's members had done many demonstrations
in many places such as the Five-Star-Hotel like Royal Adelphi,
Seremban, and not forgetting Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.
Many people
saw our demonstration and they were interested to join Aikido.
As we know, self defense should be learned by everyone. It has
no age limit. So everyone can learn Aikido. We had held our
Aikido belt grading ah the Aikido Yoshinkan Shudokan Martial
Art Centre in Seri Kembangan.

Blessed Memories
After a year
of mental and physical torture (by no other than our beloved Sensei
Ramlan), we, the Aikido Yoshinkan Shudokan Club of Maahad Hamidiah
tought that we could finally breath without difficulties when
we passed our 7th kyu at the end of the year. Yet, the tought
could not last long when the next year we had to endure more unbrearable,
devastating, intolerable training seasons of this blessed martial
arts. (Osotsuki!!!)
Obviously,
we still hav a long way before we could meddle our dirty hands
in that "kakoi" sensei's outfit. Some of the
big events was our demonstration at Royal Aldelphi, the "One
Big Aikido show" in Berjaya Times Square and we also visited
Seremban's Honbu Dojo (the oldest dojo and the pioneer of Aikido
in Malaysia). There are other events too but it was just too many
to mention. Nonetheless, it still brought "amai"
memories when we talk about them. As expected, at the end of this
year, we won The Best Martial Art Club and The
Best Report Book (thanks to the secretary of Aikido club
for her effort in making this award possible). Due to that, she
had been selected to be the secretary for 2005 (Shikatanaide,
she's too good. That is a fact that cannot be denied).
Although our
club-no-sai is only one year old, it has already created
a strong bone of "Ai" inside the family. We
love being an Aikidoka, we are proud of it. And I am saying this
on behalf of myself and the others - that Aikido has already become
a part of ourself from the very day we practised our "kamae".
